Present were Board members Dean, Jon, and Eric Haneberg of Associated Property Management LLC.
A motion was made by Jon Small to approve the November 2007 minutes as submitted. Dean Scerbin seconded the motion passed unanimously.
Managers Report
The Board reviewed the December 2007 financials and no objections were given. The reserve deposits were made as requested. APM reported that there were currently 46 outstanding 2008 fees. APM will apply late charges at the end of January and send out statements.
APM reported that Pulte mortared in the pillar at the Jaycox entrance. The remainder of the list will be completed in February, pending weather.
Old Business
Mr. Small gave an update on the Association’s web site. The site should be up and running by Wednesday the 23rd. Mr. Small will keep the Board posted.
The Board reviewed the entry lights. Mr. Scerbin reported that some fixtures might still need replaced. Mr. Scerbin will get a Maintenance program estimate for the Board to review. Mr. Scerbin will also get an estimate on removing all of the outlets throughout the common area.
Mr. Scerbin stated that he would contact Darla Young in order to schedule a meeting with the City of Avon in order to discuss the Retention Pond Situation. The Board will try to meet with Avon in early spring.
APM will acquire estimates on a complete Basin renovation. The bids to include clearing the area around the inlets and outlets, removing all natural debris, regarding/seeding. Mr. Scerbin suggested that APM contact Pulver Landscaping.
The Board reviewed the Bid from Aqua Doc. Mr. Scerbin motioned to hire Aqua Doc for the 2008 season. Mr. Small seconded. The motion passed unanimously. The Board is also reviewing the book on Pond Aeration equipment.

The Board discussed a Newsletter that should be distributed around March.
